Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

• All orders over $100 ship for free. For orders under $100, we charge by weight on all shipping via USPS.
• Orders normally ship within 2 or 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. 
• shipping normally takes 3-7 business days. 
• If you need the product faster, select express shipping at check out. 
• Any items that are refused at time of delivery forfeit their shipping charges and will only be refunded the price of items refused.
• Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

Missing Packages

Lovely Claire Company hopes your package never goes missing, but if this does occur during transit, we recommend you reach out to your local USPS post office to resolve the issue.

Lovely Claire Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your local post office is unable to fix the issue, we recommend contacting your local law enforcement agency to report your package stolen.
